Match the game mix to how guests circulate
An exhibitor lounge needs short rounds and a visible entry. A company party can give teams longer head-to-head matches. A family celebration may benefit from several ways to join in at once. Pair retro arcade cabinets with foosball or ping pong when the floor plan allows comfortable playing clearance. If a claw machine is part of an activation, discuss prize size, replenishment and staff responsibilities before the event.
Plan the receiving window and collection together
Ask your venue where delivery vehicles may stop, when the room opens for vendors and how equipment reaches the event floor. Share loading-dock instructions and freight-elevator access with the event team. Coordinate collection with the venue's closing schedule, especially when a late reception follows a daytime conference. For Clearwater or St. Petersburg outdoor areas, discuss weather protection and a backup room before committing to an outdoor layout.
Tampa Bay Arcade Rental Questions
Can games support a convention and evening party?
Share both schedules and any room change so access, placement and equipment timing can be reviewed. Activity timing and placement are discussed before the floor plan is finalized to ensure success.
Can we mix competitive and casual games?
Yes. Choose a few quick-play attractions and social table games around the ages, guest flow and available space. Consider a mix of arcade cabinets, foosball tables, and ping pong for diverse guest engagement.
Do you work with organizations?
We welcome requests from companies, hotels, agencies, schools, government and community event organizers, as well as private hosts. Send purchasing and venue requirements with your inquiry.
